1. Why is this product still on your site when it is out of stock?
Super Star Baby is very sorry if the item you would like to order is out of stock; we do try to ensure that all the items we have available to buy are in stock as this means we will have happy customers! Sometimes an item proves to be more popular than we predicted and sells out in no time, others do not! Usually if an item is out of stock, we will remove the buying option, though sometimes if we expect it back in stock soon we will leave the images. As our orders are placed many months in advance, it is sometimes the case that when an item is gone...it is gone! Remember though, you can always ring or email if there is an item you require, we may be able to help.
2. Well, why dont you order more stock?
There is only so much money to spend! At Super Star Baby, we try to predict what you will love...sometimes up to a year ahead. We usually get things right but sales will always be dominated by a few items that are 'hot'. We do try to order a realistic amount of styles and sizes but, as we said before there will always be items that fly out!

3. Why can't I have free postage?
Super Star Baby would love to offer free postage to all their customers, but the cost would have to be absorbed somewhere else...meaning the price of the clothes would go up. We do offer free postage as part of special promotions, so look out!
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Super Star Baby aims to dispatch your in stock orders as quickly as possible, usually on the same day.
UK Orders: We send our orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is next day delivery service if order by 1pm. Please bear in mind that we sometimes package items in a small box to protect your purchases, so the postman may leave a delivery note if it won't fit through the letterbox.
International Orders: We send our international orders by the most appropriate service, usually Air sure. This service can take up to 7 days to reach you, depending on the destination.
5. Do you have items in other sizes/styles that are not listed on your website?
No, all the styles and sizes we have in stock will be shown on the site, if there is something in a particular size or style you require then please give us a call on 01304 207631 or e-mail info@superstarbaby.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
6. Why can I see a size listed on the site when it is out of stock?
We update our site every 24 hours, sometimes more often, so an item may still appear until the next update.
7. What about privacy?
Super Star Baby will not sell, distribute or pass on any customer information under any circumstances. This includes our mailing list and your email information.
8. What happens if I do not receive my package?
If you do not receive your package, just give us a call on 01304 207631 or email tamzin@superstarbaby.co.uk with your name, address and order details and I will track your package and contact you with the details.
