Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Master card, Visa Electron, Solo and all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

At Super Star Baby we always hope you will be happy with your order, however in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund. Please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in perfect original condition and enclose proof of purchase. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable. We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We are unable to refund or exchange on individual items in our gift sets.
Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of Super Star Baby. Refunds can not be given if the gift is not passed on to the named recipient.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Super Star Baby will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out.
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
